As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement development, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and managing the maintenance of the property.
This is a live-in position, offering a rent-free 1-bedroom apartment on-site, plus a salary of £18,500 per annum. You will be part of a professional, award-winning team that is dedicated to providing a first-class service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all aspects of the development are well-maintained and safe for residents
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Organise activities and events for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction
- Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and within budget
- Conduct health and safety checks, ensuring that the development meets all relevant regulations and standards
We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be a team player, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that our residents receive the best possible service.
You will have experience of working in a similar role, with a background in administration, customer service, or a related field. You will be computer literate, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
What We Offer- Remuneration includes a rent-free 1-bedroom apartment on-site, plus £18,500 per annum
