  • Key Responsibilities

  • The Residential Development Manager will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to Owners, and being the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site.

  • Key responsibilities include organising activities, co-ordinating the development, managing contractors, completing health and safety checks, and much more.

  • The successful candidate will have an outgoing and friendly personality with a love of people, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work alone and independently.

  • Previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, is essential, as well as a background in administration and customer service.

  • This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge, the enjoyment of Owners, and is hugely rewarding.
