About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Breast Imaging Superintendent to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a key member of our Radiology Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality care for our patients and service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Breast Imaging team to ensure compliance with national and local guidelines and governance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct performance reviews and development processes to ensure team members are equipped to meet their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in breast imaging and mammography.

Requirements:

  • BSc (Hons) in Radiography or equivalent.
  • Valid HCPC or equivalent with no restrictions.
  • SoR accredited Post Graduate Mammography Certificate.
  • IELTS Level 7, CEFR level C1 if English isn't your first language.
  • Familiarity with performance review and development processes as well as application of Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF).
