Compensation Strategist

At Morson Talent, we are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with the company's objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation, benefits, or reward roles, with a strong understanding of general reward practices, market benchmarking tools, and job evaluation methodologies.

We offer a competitive salary between £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus benefits including private medical insurance, 25 days annual leave, and a pension contribution of 4%.

In this role, you will work closely with the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure compensation and benefits practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organisation's objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the development and implementation of salary structures, incentive programs, and other compensation policies
• Conducting benchmarking exercises and analysing market data to ensure competitive positioning in the industry
• Providing guidance on job evaluations, salary reviews, and pay progression frameworks
