Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Optometrist to join our team at Leightons Group, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional eye care services to patients. As an Optometrist & Optician, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive sight tests and eye exams, providing clinical services, and tailoring recommendations to address each patient's unique needs.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality eye care services, including comprehensive sight tests and eye exams, to assess patients' visual acuity and detect potential eye problems.
  2. Provide a range of clinical services, including emergency eye care, paediatric care, and myopia management, ensuring all patients receive high-quality care.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch teams and local healthcare stakeholders, fostering collaboration and open communication.
Requirements
  • Qualified Optometrist: Fully GOC registered, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust with patients and colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work flexibly across different locations, responding to changing demands and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
