About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Rightmove. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing a designated number of New Homes and Developer accounts to achieve individual revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales revenue and activity targets.
  • Convert new business prospects in the region.
  • Maintain and grow business in the area.
  • Design and implement tailored strategic account plans.
  • Ensure completion of all elements of strategic account plans.
  • Deliver first-class account management with regular reviews and feedback.
  • Present to large groups as needed.
  • Ensure accounts understand Rightmove products, pricing, and value-added solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal support functions for smooth billing, administration, and sales reports.
  • Interpret data in review meetings to help customers understand their business and market.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with external parties.
  • Resolve customer queries and disputes, including aged debt and invoice issues.
  • Act as a positive role model and ambassador of Rightmove values.
  • Take responsibility for self-development and team collaboration.
