At ZIGUP, we're seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional first-line IT support to our end-users across the business. As a key member of our IT Service Desk Team, you'll be the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle and document customer contacts from various channels, capturing all essential details.
  • Provide timely diagnoses and resolutions to technical issues, leveraging your technical expertise to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Support with onsite desk support and ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent IT issues outside of core business hours.

  • You're able to take a logical approach to fault finding and problem resolution, with a "Can Do" attitude and a results-driven mindset.
