Head Culinary Specialist

We are a dynamic restaurant group, beBee Professionals, looking for a skilled and creative Chef to join our team in Washington, UK. As a key member of our kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring excellent food presentation, and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu, showcasing your culinary expertise.
- Ensure the presentation, taste, and portioning of food meet our restaurant's high standards.
- Monitor food inventory and assist with stock control, maintaining a well-organized kitchen environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods, providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop new menu ideas and seasonal dishes, staying up-to-date with culinary trends.
- Adhere to food safety procedures and ensure compliance with food hygiene standards, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment, with a strong track record of success.
- Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines, with a passion for innovation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
- Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred), demonstrating your commitment to kitchen safety.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
