Clinical Services Director

Job Summary
Compass Associates is seeking a seasoned healthcare professional to lead their multi-disciplinary team in Nottingham. As a Centre Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the centre, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations, people, and commercial management of the site
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Lead and motivate a team of clinicians and non-clinical staff
- Collaborate with the Regional Director to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience at management level in a private or independent healthcare organisation
- Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and developing relationships
- Experience in budget management and P&L analysis
- Commercial awareness and understanding of the healthcare industry
- Experience working in a regulated sector (CQC, etc.)
