About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Committee & Governance Manager to manage the work of our committees and provide expert guidance on governance processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating committee work plans, preparing agendas and reports, attending meetings, drafting minutes, and providing advice on process. You will work closely with our team and Committee Chairs to ensure the smooth operation of our committees and the effective implementation of our charitable objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal governance requirements of companies and charities, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to produce high-quality written reports. They will be able to interpret and advise on process, and have a proven track record of managing formal committee meetings. The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
