Estimated Salary: £44,606 - £93,670 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

The post holder will be responsible for developing education, simulation training, and neonatal transport skills. This role requires previous experience in Neonatal medicine at registrar/tier 2 level in tertiary level neonatal medicine.

  • Key responsibilities:
  • Combine clinical work at ST4+ level in NICU
  • Enhance experience in tertiary level neonatal intensive care
  • Develop education, simulation training, and neonatal transport skills

Requirements:

A minimum of 12 months' experience at ST4+/SpR level or equivalent in neonatal medicine, GMC registration, and eligibility to work in the UK are essential.

Person Specification:

We are looking for an individual with MB, ChB or equivalent, GMC registration, Full MRCPCH or equivalent, NLS or equivalent provider, BSc, Higher degree (MD or PhD), ARNI and/or APLS provider, NLS and/or ANRI instructor qualifications.

Skills and Abilities:

The ideal candidate will possess skills and abilities commensurate with competencies outlined for ST4 level posts, including computer literacy, teaching experience, knowledge of QI and audit principles, and evidence of participation in relevant projects.
