Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Welder/Fabricator Trainer to join our team at Extension Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering hands-on training to apprentices in the maritime sector, focusing on welding and fabrication techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert training in welding and fabrication practices, including FCAW, MIG, TIG, and MMA.
  • Develop and improve onsite training modules in collaboration with the Training Officer.
  • Support apprentice on-boarding and site induction process.
  • Ensure attendance and progress of apprentices is good and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:
