Holistic Care Co-ordinator Position

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to fill the role of Holistic Care Co-ordinator at HMP Altcourse. In this position, you will be responsible for providing holistic support to the older population, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.

As a Holistic Care Co-ordinator, you will develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with prisoners, prison staff, and external agencies. Your expertise will help address complex issues such as mental health, substance abuse, and reintegration into society.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assessing and addressing the holistic needs of older prisoners.
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans.
  • Collaborating with prison staff, healthcare providers, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support.

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Degree-level education in a relevant field (e.g., social work, nursing, or psychology).
  • Proven experience in holistic care or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

A competitive salary range of £23,000 - £29,000 per annum is offered for this role.
