Holistic Childcare Professional

Join us as a Paediatric Nurse and contribute to delivering exceptional care to a young person in a family home setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing holistic child-centred care, working closely with the family to ensure their needs are met. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate nurse who can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Paediatric Nursing and be able to work flexibly, including night shifts. A Registered Children's Nurse with an up-to-date NMC Pin and relevant qualifications are essential. Experience in PEG Feeding and Catheter care would be advantageous.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to the young person, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication administration
- Collaborate with the family to develop a care plan that meets their needs and preferences
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Registered Children's Nurse with Diploma/Degree qualification and current NMC registration
- Up-to-date DBS check, preferably on the Update Service
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with the family and other healthcare professionals
Salary and Benefits:
