Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lead to join our team and drive business growth in the UK service industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, commercial awareness, and strategic thinking.

As a key member of our sales community, you will be responsible for devising and executing sales plans to achieve business objectives. You will also be responsible for leading the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for key prospects within specific markets.

The successful candidate will have experience in commercial leadership on both private and public sector tenders and will be competent in analysing and crafting quality responses for bespoke tender questions.

The role involves significant UK-wide travel, including nights away and regular time spent in our Divisional Office in Birmingham. We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 33 days holiday, car allowance, company pension, discounted gym membership, and more.
