Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance Team at Active Care Group. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring all supplier invoices are authorized and processed correctly, preparing payment runs, and reconciling supplier accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and authorize payment runs for timely payment
  • Reconcile supplier accounts to statements to identify missing invoices
  • Investigate and resolve queries related to supplier invoices and payments
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the Finance Team

Requirements:

  • Classified as a fast processor with ability to work at speed and with accuracy
  • Experience with reconciliations and resolving queries quickly and efficiently
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach with a can-do attitude
  • Well-organized with strength in prioritizing
  • Ability to adapt to new and changing processes as required by the business
  • High level of accuracy and good attention to detail
