Double Impact is seeking a dedicated Recovery Coach to join our team in Boston. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with service users to support them in achieving their goals, develop their recovery capital, and promote sustained recovery and independence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering bespoke recovery plans, assessments, beneficiary supervisions, reviews, and personal development plans. They will also facilitate and deliver non-accredited personal development groups, as well as championing the benefits and possibilities of 'abstinent' based recovery.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working with people in the drugs and alcohol treatment/recovery fields, a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, and excellent IT skills. The salary for this position is approximately £24,000 per annum, reflecting our commitment to providing a competitive package for those passionate about supporting others in their recovery journey.
