Job Summary:

Estee Lauder is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Sephora. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating personalized beauty experiences, and selling our market-leading products across makeup, skincare, and fragrance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, educating and delighting customers on our products and services.
  • Combine creative and technical expertise to create unique and personalized beauty experiences for customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high standards of visual merchandising and create impactful in-store events.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

  • Approachable and friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
