About the Role

We're looking for a talented Sales and Customer Experience Representative to join our team at EE. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in-store and over the phone
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and upselling/cross-selling
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
