About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Vision for Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in a variety of educational settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons
  • Work with individual or small groups of students to support their learning
  • Help create a positive learning environment
  • Attend training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and behaviour management
About the School

We have positions available for day-to-day supply, long-term placements, and permanent roles in Primary, Secondary, and SEND schools across the UK. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a variety of educational settings, making you an ideal candidate for future permanent roles.

Requirements
  • Experience working with children (desired but not essential)
  • Dedication to improving outcomes for all children
  • Commitment to completing the required training and participating in ongoing CPD
  • Willingness to pay for an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service
