Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients with complex mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Relevant nursing qualification (RMN) and valid NMC registration.
- Minimum of 2 years of mental health experience as a nurse in the UK.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Annual salary of £43,014 - £46,314 per annum.
