Senior Commercial Planner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Planner to join our Construction Management Division in London. As a key member of our team, you will lead several tenders for major projects across the UK, valued at £450M+.

Our client, Fawkes & Reece, is a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor with an exceptional reputation across the industry. They operate across various sectors, including healthcare, residential, education, and industrial. This is an excellent opportunity to gain major project experience and join a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead tenders for major projects across the UK
  • Collaborate with the Construction Management Division to deliver pre-construction projects
  • Develop and implement commercial planning strategies to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working for a main contractor
  • Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering pre-construction projects
