Job Title: Senior Commercial Planner

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Planner to join the Construction Management Division of a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor based in London.

You will be part of a strong team and will lead several tenders for major projects across the UK valuing £450M+.

Our client has an exceptional name across the industry and is a great company to work for due to their excellent financial position and strong pipeline of work ahead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead several tenders for major projects across the UK
  • Work with a strong team to deliver pre-construction projects
  • Opportunity to gain major project experience
  • Opportunity to join a dynamic team
  • £105k- £110k basic salary
  • £6.5k car allowance
  • Travel expenses
  • Pension, Healthcare, Life Assurance, Private Medical
  • Bonus scheme

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience working for a main contractor
  • Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering pre-construction projects
