Key Responsibilities

As a Compliance Engineer for Distribution Networks, you will be responsible for ensuring that the requirements of the ESPUG's Health and Safety Policy are met. This includes ensuring compliance with ESP's internal design and construction policies and standards, as well as industry and national requirements.

The role involves attending reviews and updates of current operational procedures and technical standards, providing data, information, and reports through audit, inspection, and review to enable Asset Management System objectives to be met.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 26 days of holiday, bonus, enhance pension, private medical insurance, life insurance, and access to an employee rewards portal with exclusive discounts and flexible benefits.

This is a remote home-based role with significant travel required, and occasional overnight stays may be necessary. The company provides a company car and requires employees to participate in out-of-hours standby rota(s).
