About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments with clients using a range of methods, including telephone, video, and face-to-face
  • Produce detailed reports outlining the impact of the client's disability or health condition on their daily life
  • Work collaboratively with the Department to ensure accurate and timely reporting
