Job Role Overview: Maven Consulting Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practitioner to join their team as a Benefits Assessment Specialist.
About the Role: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments with clients to determine their eligibility for benefits. This involves gathering information and producing reports to support the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in their decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments with clients, either in-person, via video or telephone call, to understand how their disability or health condition affects their daily life.
- Utilize active listening skills to gain a deep understanding of the client's experiences and ask insightful questions to gather crucial information.
- Employ expertise to produce well-structured and factual reports that accurately reflect the assessment outcomes.

Requirements:
- NMC registered nurses (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) or HCPC qualified Physiotherapists, Paramedics, or Occupational Therapists with at least one year of post-registration experience are encouraged to apply.
- A proactive approach to learning and self-improvement is essential for success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT and computer skills is required to efficiently manage tasks and maintain accurate records.
- A comfortable working environment with a diverse range of conditions, including mental health, is expected.
