About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented chef to take on a leadership role and motivate our team of chefs to deliver exceptional cuisine in our restaurant and bars.

You will be responsible for training and coaching the team, maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and portion control, and ensuring that our guests receive an outstanding dining experience.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and provide excellent customer care.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a similar 4 or 5-star setting, possess strong leadership skills, and be passionate about Scottish food produce and menu development.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a pension scheme, discounts on leisure membership, food, and hotel stays, and the possibility of live-in accommodation.

We are located in the beautiful Scottish Highlands, just a 40-minute drive from Fort William and an hour from Oban. With regular bus services connecting us to Glasgow, Edinburgh, and other major towns, it's easy to get here without a car.
