We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at The Ballachulish Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs to deliver high-quality food to our restaurant, café, and functions.

The emphasis on quality is paramount, with a focus on using the best local produce and seasonal ingredients. You will work closely with our Head Chef to drive great standards in food production within a busy kitchen environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be flexible and adaptable, able to adjust your style and approach to meet fluctuating customer needs. This may involve working varied hours to meet the demands of our business.

As an ideal candidate, you will have a qualification in professional cookery and relevant industry experience as a Sous Chef. You will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve high standards.
