We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Change and Transformation Manager to join our team at PSPS. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change and transformation across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business cases to drive growth and improvement
  • Lead complex projects and programmes to deliver business outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders, suppliers, and external partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and develop compelling proposals
  • Drive business transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or Level 7 professional qualification in Business Leadership, Change Management, or Project Management
  • Significant experience in business development, project management, or delivery/change management
  • Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and project proposals
  • Driving license essential for travel across multiple sites
