Parts Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide pricing information to customers, with the intent to gain their business and build a strong rapport
* Order the required parts for delivery to customers' local Vantage centres, as agreed with the customer
* Agree payment and delivery schedules of parts to Trade customers within our delivery area
As a Parts Contact Centre Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise. You will work closely with our dealerships to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a friendly and professional telephone manner, be confident and enthusiastic, and have a passion for delivering great customer service. You will also need to have the ability to build long-lasting relationships with our customers and have a good understanding of their needs in order to guide them towards the products they require.
