We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our brand-new Parts Call Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide pricing information and build strong relationships with customers to drive sales and growth.
- Order and manage the delivery of parts to customers within our delivery area.
- Agree payment and delivery schedules with customers to ensure seamless transactions.
- A friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers and understand their needs.
- Experience in stock ordering and customer service.
