We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at Terberg Matec UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the supply of OEM spare parts to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and manage stock levels to ensure timely delivery of spare parts
- Deliver parts to customers and visit customer sites as required
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to spare parts supply
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
