As an Industrials Investment Banking Specialist, you will play a key role in providing advisory and underwriting services to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis of companies, including fundamental quantitative and qualitative assessments
  • Develop complex valuation models using Excel and present findings to clients
  • Assist in the production of client presentations, documents, and reports
  • Compile and manage databases to track market trends and client information
  • PARTicipate in client meetings and calls to provide expert advice and support
  • Contribute to the execution of M&A and capital markets transactions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as finance or economics
  • Prior experience in investment banking or a related field, preferably in M&A or capital markets
  • Strong numerical and financial modeling skills, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of business and corporate finance principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong time management and organizational skills
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
