About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team at eXPD8. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective display and promotion of products within Tesco stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expertise in the Entertainer brand and products, with a strong understanding of merchandising standards and guidelines.
  • Compliance with store policies and procedures, health and safety guidance, and planogram implementation.
  • Product placement and replenishment, including arranging and organizing products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and point-of-sale setup, including effective communication of prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills, with a focus on building and maintaining good working relationships with in-store colleagues and providing accurate and timely feedback to client account teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service, with a passion for delivering great standards and service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and use initiative to find solutions.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car, with the ability to accept home deliveries of point-of-sale or stock items for some visits.
  • Confidence in using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks.
