We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary team at Barchester Healthcare, where you will have the opportunity to create delicious and nutritious meals for our residents. This is an excellent chance to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in people's lives.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of chefs to deliver high-quality meals that meet the needs of our residents.
  • Create menus that cater to individual tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Work with fresh produce to prepare wholesome dishes cooked to the highest standards.
  • Bake fresh cakes, scones, and breads from scratch.
  • Assist the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service operations.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • A City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification in culinary arts.
  • Experience leading a team in a similar environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to work within budget and maintain high food safety standards.

What We Offer

  • An estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
