Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Management: Assist in managing a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Legal Research and Due Diligence: Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence for property transactions, identifying potential issues and providing recommendations.
  • Document Drafting: Draft high-quality legal documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a Conveyancing role, with a strong understanding of conveyancing procedures in the Scottish legal system.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of conveyancing procedures, Scottish law, and relevant regulations.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
