About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Specialist to join our esteemed Medicine Division at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our preceptorship programme.

The successful candidate will have recent experience of nursing in an acute hospital environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be able to maintain high standards of care and demonstrate NNUH's 'PRIDE' values of People focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective patient care plans
  • Provide guidance and support to new staff members as part of our preceptorship programme
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Completion of Pre-Registration training to diploma or degree level
  • Entitlement to enter the NMC register as a Registered Nurse
  • Recent experience of nursing in an acute hospital environment
