Service Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team in Hove, UK. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing local health services, ensuring they meet standards, legal requirements, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor health projects, coordinating daily service operations and identifying improvements.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Office 365.

  • Experience in service delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability in service development and contracts.
  • Strong skills in quality and performance management.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and empower a team.
  • Must pass pre-engagement checks such as Enhanced DBS check (England and Wales), PVG check (Scotland), or AccessNI check (Northern Ireland).
