Job Title: Senior Injury Lawyer

Job Summary:
Sacco Mann is seeking a Senior Injury Lawyer to join their leading claimant personal injury team. The ideal candidate will have upwards of 2 years' PQE handling brain and spinal injury claims in a claimant environment. Responsibilities include reviewing medical records, corresponding with clients and defendants, issuing proceedings, and negotiating settlements.

Key Responsibilities:
Review medical records and evidence to provide expert legal advice to clients
Correspond with clients, defendants, and third parties
Issue proceedings, draft applications, and court documentation
Instruct counsel and collate evidence
Negotiate settlements and achieve the best possible outcome for clients

Requirements:
Upwards of 2 years PQE gained in serious injuries, ideally claimant
Ability to deal with complex cases and vulnerable clients
Confident litigator with excellent communication and negotiation skills

What's on Offer:
Salary to £65,000 dependent on experience plus bonus
