Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to the success of our nursing home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, ensuring high standards of care are adhered to on your nursing unit.
- Manage medication, care plans, and perform general nursing duties.
- Supervise the care team.
Requirements:
- Hold a relevant nursing qualification (RGN).
- Possess excellent clinical skills.
- Ideally have experience in elderly care within a nursing home environment (though this is not essential).
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of £22.
- Annual salary of £50,336 for full-time hours (4 days or nights per week).
- Flexible working hours: 22, 33, 38.5, or 44 hours per week.
- Day or night shifts available (8-8).
