Job Opportunity for a Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home service in Hessle, East Yorkshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, social, and psychological needs are met.

The successful candidate will have a valid NMC Pin and be qualified as a Nurse either RGN, RMN, or RNLD. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing residents' needs and developing services to enhance their quality of life
  • Championing appropriate independence and personal choice, developing, reviewing, and updating care plans
  • Overseeing all aspects of medicine management, ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored, and administered
  • Building positive relationships with visitors and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines, identifying, investigating, and resolving risks proactively
  • Supporting, guiding, teaching, and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload. Experience of delivering nursing care within the elderly healthcare sector and participating in quality and clinical governance programmes would be beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary of £15.68 per hour, with the annual salary up to £35,875.84.
