Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home service in Hessle, East Yorkshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, social, and psychological needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess residents' needs and develop services to enhance their quality of life
- Champion independence and personal choice, developing and reviewing care plans to meet residents' needs
- Oversee medicine management, ensuring medicines are received, stored, and administered in accordance with company policies and legislation
- Build a positive reputation for the business, liaising with visitors and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines, identifying and resolving risks proactively
- Support and guide others in line with the NMC Code
- Qualified as a Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a valid NMC Pin
- Ability to lead a team, analyze problems, and propose solutions or improvements
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of IT and communication systems required for the role
- Respect for the values, views, and needs of others
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload
- Experience in delivering nursing care within the elderly healthcare sector
- Experience in participating in quality and clinical governance programs
- Excellent salary of £15.68 per hour, up to £35,875.84 per annum
