Job Description

The role of Education Support Specialist is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our students achieve their full potential. Your primary responsibility will be to support the teacher in delivering high-quality education to our students, focusing on building their confidence and self-belief.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading small groups of students in defined activities, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Working closely with individual students or groups, ensuring they stay on task and complete set activities.
  • Addressing behavioral and special needs issues in collaboration with the teacher.
  • Delivering targeted interventions to support students with special educational needs.
  • Assisting in the implementation of lesson plans, providing feedback to students, and working with the teacher to assess student progress.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car.
