SEND Learning Assistant Opportunity in Sheffield

We are seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team in Sheffield.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in the UK and have experience working with SEND students, particularly ASD, Learning Difficulties, and Challenging Behaviour.
About the Role:- Support students with complex needs on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
- Work closely with the class teacher to provide additional support to learners who require help in overcoming barriers to learning.
- Manage your own case load and measure interventions to support young people.
- Excellent English and Maths (Numeracy and Literacy skills).
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to relate to young people and adults.
Estimated salary range £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
