Job Description
This role requires an experienced Year 3 teacher to join a thriving primary school in Saltley, Birmingham. As a temporary long-term teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and teaching: Deliver differentiated lessons across the curriculum, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
- Assessment and tracking: Regularly assess student progress and implement effective strategies to support both high-achieving students and those requiring additional support.
- Classroom management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that promotes student engagement and well-being.
- Collaboration: Work alongside the Year 5 team and other staff members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
