Spire Healthcare is seeking an experienced Administrator to support our team of Bank Administrators.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and delivering the administration of all stages of the booking process, including admissions and pre-op assessments across all payors for the entire East London & Essex Hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to patients, consultants, NHS partners, staff, and visitors.
  • Work effectively and efficiently in line with business demand, adhering to relevant Hub KPIs.
  • Be an advocate of excellent customer care while working as a team.
  • Make a positive difference to patients' lives through outstanding personalized care.
  • Work flexible hours, including 8-4, 9-5, 10-6, 11-7, with the possibility of 12-8 in the future.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative and/or customer service environment.
  • Accurate approach when working to strict deadlines and confidence when delivering information to key personnel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues, consultants, patients, secretaries, and ICBs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to prioritize and work accurately under pressure with sound numerical and analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills and time management.
