The Developers Club is a pioneering community of emerging property developers aiming to tackle the UK's housing supply deficit. We seek an experienced Programme Manager in property development to shape our members' educational experience by developing high-quality teaching modules covering the entire property development life cycle.

About the Role:
  • Curriculum Development: Lead the design, development and writing of modules covering sourcing opportunities, appraising projects, planning, design, funding, construction, and sales.
  • Teaching Excellence: Lead training for guest speakers to deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops, inspiring members and enhancing their understanding of property development concepts.
  • Member Support: Provide academic and pastoral support to members, including advising on research projects, supervising tasks, and guiding members to achieve their academic and professional goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of teaching quality and assessment, adhering to relevant policies and procedures, and actively participating in quality assurance processes.
  • Guest Speakers: Find quality external guest speakers for modules and events.
  • University Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with Real Estate faculty heads at UK universities.
  • Internship Programme: Oversee the delivery of the club's summer internship programme.
Role Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and curriculum development in higher education, focusing on practice-focused learning and student-centered approaches.
  • Strong commitment to high standards of classroom practice, inspiring students to excel, and a genuine regard for student welfare and success.
Key Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, including a £10,000 bonus paid quarterly.
  • A full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, with optional work-from-home flexibility on Thursdays.
