Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food to order, using fresh ingredients and adhering to our menu standards.
  • Organize and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet demand.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with our head chef and sous chef to plan and execute menus, ensuring that they are creative, delicious, and meet our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our high standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet demand.
  • Support the head chef and sous chef in managing kitchen operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to supervise and train junior staff members.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and guidelines.
