Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Assistant to work on a 20-hour contract, typically working 4-hour shifts over 5 days. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, working with our team to create a fun and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions
  • Participate in stockroom duties, including receiving and processing stock deliveries
