Support Assistant for Disabled Woman

We are seeking a reliable and patient Support Assistant to join our team at UKCIL Ltd. The successful candidate will provide personal care and support to a disabled woman in the Kingswood area of Bristol.

Main Responsibilities

The Support Assistant will be responsible for:

  1. Assisting with domestic tasks such as cleaning and laundry
  2. Supporting the individual to access the community and engage in social activities
  3. Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
  4. Accompanying the individual to appointments and outings

The ideal candidate will be patient, polite, and reliable with a sense of humour. They must also be comfortable working with disabled people and have good communication and social skills.

The role will involve working 18 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work a rota. The successful candidate will be required to have a driving license and own transport, and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and references.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and has a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
